If B.Edit cancels, or the provider declines treatment for medical or safety reasons, no cancellation penalty applies and unearned charges are refunded. Any fees and consent to charge them should be disclosed and accepted before a reservation is confirmed. Additional treatment, parking, or venue fees require advance approval.

Frequently asked questions
Can I book just one B12 shot?
Yes, subject to appointment availability and clinical screening. A $30 B12 shot plus a $20 small-visit supplement meets the $50 minimum treatment subtotal; travel is added separately.
How are travel fees calculated?
Using the $1 per round-trip driving mile rate, a location 10 driving miles from the studio would have a $20 travel fee. Fuel prices can inform rate reviews, but the mileage fee also helps cover vehicle costs and travel time.
Can friends share one concierge visit?
Yes. Multiple eligible injections at the same location can be combined to meet the $50 treatment subtotal minimum, subject to staffing, individual screening, and appointment availability.
Are metabolic injections available without a prescription?
Only treatments that are clinically appropriate and properly authorized will be offered. Prescription weight-management medications require appropriate evaluation and prescribing; no treatment is guaranteed.
What if I cancel after booking?
Cancellations at least 24 hours ahead have no penalty. A late cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is $25, while a no-show or cancellation after provider dispatch is $50. Only one cancellation fee applies; any applicable deposit is credited against that fee.
Do private events have the same travel fees?
No. Group IV and NAD+ events follow the separate event package and logistics policy. The $1-per-round-trip-mile rate applies to individual concierge injection visits.
Can I request vitamin or metabolic wellness shots during one concierge visit?
You can request multiple eligible services at the same location. Each client needs their own screening and treatment authorization. Weight-management medication administration requires a valid individualized prescription and verification of the treatment plan; B.Edit will confirm whether it offers that service.
