Your cycle can bring changes to how you feel. Alleviate brings together nutrients involved in muscle function, energy metabolism and everyday wellness. Your consultation helps determine whether this option fits your needs.

01

Monthly Comfort

A little extra support during your cycle. Calcium and magnesium are involved in normal muscle function. This nutrient blend is intended for clients looking to discuss menstrual wellness support with their provider.

02

Muscle Function

Help your muscles do what they do naturally. Calcium and magnesium help muscles contract and relax. That makes them important nutrients to discuss when considering support for menstrual discomfort.

03

Everyday Energy

Support the energy you need for your day. B vitamins help your body turn food into usable energy. Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal red blood cell formation.

04

Nervous System Wellness

Nutrients that help support everyday function. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal nervous system function, while other nutrients in the blend participate in important processes throughout the body.
